Last week, one of our Irish clients came down personally to visit our offices, meet their remote employee and conduct face-to-face interviews with more potential candidates, because this is really the best way to hire remote staff.

He was on a business visit of two weeks. He has already a hired a dedicated employee in the Dot Net domain from us and has been working with his virtual employee for over six months now. He is now keen to expand his team here by hiring a few more employees in other domains as well.

We encourage all our clients to follow this practice if possible as it achieves four major things:

Another client comes visiting!

November needs to be christened as VE Clients Month because it’s raining clients at the offices! Another one of our valuable clients came down from Australia to visit the VE offices in November….and to conduct personal interviews with candidates.

He runs a successful business and was looking to hire skilled professionals in one of the high-end domains (civil engineering). He had already been in talks with our Client Account Managers for over three months and had received several resumes from our HR executives. After having shortlisted a good dozen or so of these resumes, he expressed his desire to come to India, visit our facilities here and personally conduct the interviews with the selected candidates. The interviews took an entire day and went off smoothly. All the candidates had been earlier intimated by the HR team and had arrived at our SEZ premises punctually.

The client was very satisfied with the whole process and felt a natural sense of having accomplished something that had earlier seemed impossible. Remote hiring with an innovative twist!

Traditional Diwali celebrations at the VE office

Diwali, the Festival of Lights, was celebrated with great enthusiasm, revelry and tradition at the offices of Virtual Employee Pvt Ltd at its SEZ premises. Colourful streamers, paper lanterns, twinkling lights and flower garlands adorned the ceiling and walls. In the afternoon, it was time for some serious entertainment. The HR department had planned all sorts of fun contests and games for the employees. There were musical chairs, ramp walk, rangoli making competition and much else. Sweets and gifts were distributed among all the employees and staff of VE by the management. A good time filled with laughter, good-natured ribbing and enjoyment was had by one and all……all making for some memorable moments caught on camera.
