This is a direct ‘single client-single employee’ model where there is close interaction and online collaboration between them regarding work, deadlines, and attainable targets. Here is how it works:

The Team Model

VE’s Team Model has been created specifically for clients who are outsourcing IT and software development, specifically PHP, Dot Net and Web Designing.

The Team Model follows a tiered approach with the Technical Team Leader (TTL) leading the chain of command, followed by a Senior Software Engineer (SSE).

Depending on the number of hours per day that you have opted for, it is the entire team that collectively gives that number of hours per day to you. If at any point in the future, should you require an increase in the number of hours per day, all you have to do is to intimate the TTL, who will accordingly make sure that the team delivers those increased number of hours per day.

The Team Model allows a client to use any mix of employees they so desire. For example, you could employ 6 PHP developers or programmers, 1 Dot Net, and 1 Web Designer for your project.

  • Client control: Unlike outright project outsourcing, our Team Model allows the client to project manage his/her work and get a steady update regarding the progress of the project.
  • Access to the team: Unlike project outsourcing, our Team Model ensures that the client has direct access to his/her virtual team as well as the Technical Team Leader.

We do not direct, instruct, or train the employee you hire and neither do we interfere in how the work should be carried out. All work-related instructions come from you. However, we facilitate the outsourcing process by providing the following:

Hardware:

The employee you hire will be provided with a new Dell or HP laptop or PC. All other computer peripherals such as fax, high-resolution scanner, laser printer, web cam, and headset are also provided.

Telephone with any local number:

We can make available for your employee a telephone with any local number from your home country. Calling your employee is thus just like dialing a local number.

Software:

We provide the most commonly used software, including Windows XP operating system and Microsoft Access 2007.

Well-maintained office:

To ensure your employee works in the most productive environment, our fully air-conditioned office is maintained to international standards in every respect. We have lease lines Internet connections for fast and stable Internet access. Multiple powerful generators ensure uninterrupted power supply. The employees are also provided with spacious workstations.. Our office is, furthermore, located in a prime area of New Delhi NCR with good transportation links, making commuting for employees very convenient.

Employment tax, insurance, and labor law:

It is exclusively our responsibility to take care of issues pertaining to employment tax, insurance, and labor law. You (the client) don’t have to worry about that. This is because we legally employ the employee you hire. And you enter into a service contract with us. The service you hire includes our office space, hardware, administration, supervision, management, customer support, technical support, HR, payroll, etc., and an employee who works exclusively for you eight hours a day, five days a week.

Though legally you do not hire an employee, in practice your Virtual Employee follows your instructions and work for you like any other regular employee.

Supervised and Professional work environment:

Our HR executives and managers work from the same professional office environment as your employee. Accordingly, we monitor and supervise your employee’s working at all times.

Physical presence:

We manage your employee in accordance with your instructions. Our physical presence allows us to, in real time, implement any of your directions, resolve any problems, and check and follow up with employees. This ensures your employee is working in accordance with your instructions. Our physical presence also enables us to monitor the entire outsourcing process at all times, and thereby make certain it is a success.

Technical support:

The VirtualEmployee.com IT department is Our IT department is operational 24 hours a day and present at all times to resolve or assist with any IT-related issues your employee may have.

HR:

Our HR department handles employee attendance, leaves, holidays, personal issues, appraisals, administration, enforcement of client and company polices, and employee benefits.

Customer support:

Our customer support department is open 24 hours a day. You can contact us via e-mail or phone at any time. Our customer support department is present round the clock to help and assist you with any employee-related matter.

NDA and Ownership of works:

Our contract has stipulated provisions with respect to confidentiality and ownership of works. Besides this, every employee is made to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the time of joining to further safeguard crucial client information and data.
