Infrastructure That
Keeps Execution Stable
Where Work Happens
Work happens from VE-operated offices in India, not personal home setups.
New Delhi - NCR
Noida Special Economic Zone
Kolkata - West Bengal
Each office provides a standard working environment so day-to-day work does not depend on individual setups.
What the Setup Includes:
Each team member works on VE-issued systems, configured before work begins.
Setups can be customized based on client requirements, where applicable.
Standard Windows laptops
or desktops used across roles
Microsoft 365 online suite, including OneDrive,
installed and maintained by VE
Dedicated desks and seating with centralized
networking and internet connectivity
The Office Environment And Operational Basics:

A walkthrough of safety, access control, and
continuity systems inside VE offices.
Who Owns Infrastructure Problems
Infrastructure ownership stays with VE. Clients do not need to
manage multiple points of contact.
What Happens When Something Breaks
When an issue occurs, work continues wherever possible.
Clients are informed only if delivery is affected.
What Does Not Change:
You are not asked to troubleshoot
You are not asked to coordinate fixes
You are not asked to manage people or systems
What Changes:
You may receive an update about impact or delays
You may see temporary adjustments in timelines
Where Data Sits During Work And On Exit
Data handling depends on the client’s setup and requirements, for both technical and non-technical roles.
There is no single model forced across all engagements.
During Work:
Some clients use their
own systems and tools
Some use
VE-provided systems
Access, storage, and permissions are defined as per engagement
On Exit:
Access is removed
as agreed
Data and materials are handed
over based on agreed terms
