Who Owns Infrastructure Problems
Infrastructure ownership stays with VE. Clients do not need to
manage multiple points of contact.
Support Structure:
VE is responsible for handling issues through its internal teams.

What Happens When Something Breaks
When an issue occurs, work continues wherever possible.
Clients are informed only if delivery is affected.

You are not asked to troubleshoot

You are not asked to manage people or systems
What Changes:
You may receive an update about impact or delays
You may see temporary adjustments in timelines
Where Data Sits During Work And On Exit
Data handling depends on the client’s setup and requirements, for both technical and non-technical roles.
There is no single model forced across all engagements.

On Exit:
Access is removed
