But the challenge was how to convert their existing project to new to develop a platform streamlining real-time responses.

All aircraft need to maintain various data on a regular basis. These data may consist of flight logs, damage, line, and numerous document management. The ETL would be a goldmine of information with real-time updated data.

We had to embark on a journey of creating a platform replacing their old technology. Apart from successfully incorporating real-time responses, we also had to cover the areas of potential errors and work with distributed architecture.
We aimed to develop a platform that can be easily integrated into existing business systems and make data acquisition and analysis, child's play.
We knew the challenges that lay ahead. But we also had a plan to beat the odds.
The end goal was simple- To develop CONVERGE, the platform that would provide customers with complete control of their airline data.
We chose .NET as our development platform because it's not only object-oriented but also cost-effective. This platform supports various tools and technologies and offers easy deployment and maintenance.

An airline has to handle a massive amount of data. With CONVERGE, now you have a hands-free solution!
First things first, we focused on building a platform that would be simple and easy to use. We incorporated a trial and tested method that helped us to reach the best decision. We divided the solution into two aspects- ETL on Aircraft and Ground.
We developed a platform where each aircraft would have at least one assigned tablet. Pilots and engineers can input logs before or after flight and the data would be immediately and securely accessible from the CONVERGE website to the respective parties.
We developed useful modules for Damage, Line Maintenance, and Document Management. So, users can accept synchronized data feeds from multiple systems to keep up with the functioning and maintenance of the aircraft.
From using modern front-end technology like Angular to cloud management, we developed the platform in such a manner that it can be deployed anywhere. We ensured accurate real-time responses so that there would be no issue of communication lag.
We also managed CONVERGE's database using Mongo dB so that there are no race conditions and timing issues.
To develop a quality platform, we knew we had to cut down on any uncertainty.
From the beginning of the project, we established an agile methodology that helped in streamlining our development. We used ClickUp to remain up-to-date about project deliverables and maintain transparent communication with the client.
With the resources in tow, we worked on one of the most critical features of this platform- to develop the platform to function without any connection.
And... we succeeded!
With CONVERGE, you can use it in any location where you have a mobile phone, signal, or Wi-Fi. Your data is not affected just because there's no connection.
CONVERGE made it easy to obtain real-time airline status across the fleet. We developed this platform with live screen sharing features so that the respective stakeholders can immediately eliminate any problem before it enhances.
