A brief overview:

Thomas Schenck, Founder & CEO of Dartmouth Associates, came up with a requirement to build his business from the scratch, including website building, social media development, CRM creation, email campaign manipulation & so on. He was determined to find an all-inclusive solution for his company & found one with us.

Our star resource Chiranjeev Dutt deep-dived into the project & delivered a high-end functional website, a streamlined CRM system & an impactful presence on social media that helped Thomas grow his business to a large proportion. Helping a company go from almost zero (and boot-strapped) to projecting a million dollars on the high end, we have come a long way. However, things weren’t as easy as one might think. From Membership pages & web design to CRM & Podcast, the biggest challenge was to make it all work. As Thomas mentioned:

CJ helped develop the world’s only training course specifically created for admissions directors and was a key player in creating a complete training program to bring summit conferences around the US.

He also played an important role in the creation of Thomas likes to call the world’s only online lifestyle magazine for directors of admission.

More importantly, he supervised all his colleagues while they were working on different components needed to build the company from scratch.

A brief like no other.

The challenge(s) we live for.

Thomas needed a social media guy cum website wizard cum executive assistant – someone who could take the burden off his shoulders – and that’s where VE came into the picture. Unlike other digital market companies, VE does it all. A brief that could throw off others had us roll up our sleeves...

  1. Able to write content & response to the posts for social media, like LinkedIn and other platforms. Also, create accounts and post videos on YouTube. Ensure that the social media expert performs the assigned duties.

  2. Input contacts into the CRM system and keep it updated.

  3. Oversee the accounting statements, pay the client’s personal bills and make sure that they are organized.

  4. Write follow up emails & remind the client of personal and business appointments and organize his files.

Overall, Thomas was looking for a proactive person with a sense of creativity and detail, someone who could make recommendations to him for all aspects of his life.
