Challenges proved
to be many.

But our resource was equipped to the brim.

Saga Automation excels at providing a diverse range of automation services to its clients. However, when it came to accounting, the client left a lot of areas unchecked. Almost everything.

The client had 1 year of backlog, errors in the books of accounts and his charts of accounts were also disorganized. There was a lack of proper invoicing and billing-related work and no reconciliation of bank books, customer and supplier statements.

Despite the stacks of challenges, our superstar accountant, Rishabh pulled through with flying colors as expected. As Tom pointed out-

Quote

He has been great. Within the month of starting, he had my books all caught up and in a much better state, and after working with him for the last couple of months, it's really clear to me that he knows QuickBooks, he knows accounting, and that he also trying to learn new things all the time.

We took a steadfast approach.

And delivered end-to-end solutions.

Quickbooks-Dashboard

Our first approach was to declutter the overall accounting process. We worked round-the-clock to ensure everything was updated within a quick span of time and was error-free. Rishabh studied the client's charts of accounts in detail, which helped us streamline one year of backlog.

We also identified various errors in the bookkeeping because of categorizing all expenses under the general head. By using QuickBooks, our VE sorted the different bills and sequenced them in an orderly fashion. This helped in understanding which entry would go for payment to be made, which one for the due bill, and executed payments.

We also did day-to-day reconciliation of customer and supplier statements as well as the bank books to QuickBooks. Rishabh went the extra mile by working the night shift to cater to the client's time zone. We bridged the time and geographical distance with ease.

Quickbooks-Dashboard

Working with Rishabh is like working with any of my other employees. There is a real connection that bridges the miles.

Only eliminating
the challenges? Not us.

We made sure overall accounting was up-to-date.

* Sales Tax Payable 6492.85

Apart from wading through the backlog and errors, we were engaged with the client's overall accounting process. From handling Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and salary management to bookkeeping, we made sure every aspect was maintained accurately.

Now we don't provide a single scope that could lead to a backlog. We update the information each day or ask the client to provide relevant information so that we can execute the required work. The data on bank or credit card statements help us update comments on the nature of expenses, and vendor names and easily pass entries on QuickBooks.

We also aided the client with their 1099 Income Tax filings. Although we did not handle the payroll process, we managed and organized the payroll information using Patriot software.

One of the integral aspects of working with Saga Automation was creating a Monthly Information Statement (MIS). This report provided the client with in-depth intel on the work performed by our VE and also on the sales and expenses of the company.

Our solution garnered results.

We were able to achieve another milestone.
