Hi, my name is Miles. I work in an auto dealership in Salt Lake City, Utah, called Markosian Auto. We needed the help of Virtual Employee programmers to build us a utility that helps us manage our vehicles from point of purchase to point of sale, and even afterward, as we manage our fleet of vehicles, helping our customers make payments and keep track of where our vehicles are if our customers are not making payments.
We have two programmers, Ahmed and Mohammed, and they have just been so great in helping us create this utility. It has helped us keep track of everything in a much better fashion. Salt Lake City has a twelve-hour difference from India, but that doesn’t really create any issues in workflow.
At about 9:00 p.m., I’ll get a message from them saying, “Hey, we’re here, we’re ready to work. What do you need from us?” I’ll go over the day’s plans for them. Usually, it doesn’t take any sort of extra explanation, and they’re off, ready to go. The next morning I’ll wake up to a report saying, “Hey, this is what we accomplished in the evening.” Maybe they’ll have some questions about specifics or how things were supposed to go, and I can address those in my day and then prepare a little report for them for the following evening.
They are both very proficient and knowledgeable, and are able to perform tasks quickly. Even, you know, if we think we have the right idea and they know of a better way it can be done, they provide that information and it has been great for us.
Honestly, I don’t know what we would do without them. They’ve been so helpful in designing the portal and also in troubleshooting our existing website. We recently had some problems with functionality on the existing website we had before we even started a partnership with VE.
As soon as they had the login credentials, they were able to get in, diagnose the issue, figure it out, and we moved forward. It’s just been such a great experience with them. We don’t know what we’d do without them. Thanks.
