About the Client
31 Point 1 is a financial service provider with a unique employee benefit and reward program. The unique business name has a story to tell. 31p1 or 31 Point 1 refers to the 31.1 grams of gold present in one Troy ounce.
The 31p1 Gold Savings Program permits all employees, regardless of their income, to start saving in gold with minimum amounts as low as one gram and as high as one ounce.

Aligning with Client's Vision
and Goals
The Gold Club needs to be the focal point of the homepage as the marketing campaign depends on it. We closely followed the brief and kept The Gold Club section in the top folds of the website, which presents a general overview of what it offers to IGSA customers.
The three VIP levels should follow next and clarify how they are different from one another. The number of points earned for every dollar should be highlighted and how every member who joins the Gold Club automatically is at the Bronze level.
Display the point system and how it can be redeemed by buying more golds. The four types of redeeming coupons are presented clearly and the numbers are well highlighted. Thus offering clarity and transparency to 31P1's customers.
Challenges Along the Way
Integrating a payment gateway
For being a successful investment partner, having a smooth payment gateway is crucial. However, integrating a 3rd party application always has certain complications.
Our developer contacted the payment gateway team and learnt the inside outs of their
functionalities to ensure it aligned perfectly with the 31P1 website features.
All-inclusive admin dashboard
31P1 requested for a dashboard that was one-stop solution for all their questions. But presenting too many data features was difficult within the limited scope of one page.
Our designer created a UI/UX compliant data flow that arranged all information in a
tabular form. This grid system made more sense in presenting all the data sets logically.
Men with the Midas Touch
The designer and developer duo brought a website that met all of 31P1's requirements to life. After the completion of the website, our client decided to extend our services for ensuring the website is performing optimally always.
