Staffing and Recruiting

1 Year
A Little About The Client
You know, Taylor Hawkes? They're this top-notch recruitment firm specializing in accounting and finance. They've got clients in both the UK and US, from big names to smaller boutiques. They've even placed people in some of the UK's top-10 mid-tier firms.

Hurdles
We Faced

Overwhelming Volume
The client's ambition was vast – they aimed to connect with so many companies, which meant a mountain of data to handle.

Fast-Track Training
Every new VA we brought in had to be given swift and precise training, tailored to the need of the project.

Quick Expansion
Starting with just our 4 VAs wasn't going to cut it. We had to grow, and fast.

Allocating Tasks
To nail this project, we had to get super smart about who did what among the VAs.
Three Vital Tasks

Vital Task 1
Reaching Out to Target
Recruitment Companies on LinkedIn
Our VAs didn’t hold back; they sent LinkedIn requests to the target recruitment companies in order to establish potential partnerships. They tracked every request meticulously, and when one got accepted, Taylor Hawkes was in the loop right away, keeping things smooth.

Vital Task 2
Getting Contact Information of
Key Decision Makers
Next on plan was to track official website details of these targetted firms and the contact information of their key decision makers. To do this, our VAs took assistance of Google and Apollo.io tool. The extracted details were immediately shared with Taylor Hawkes.

Vital Task 3
Polishing Resumes for Increasing
Employment Opportunities
Giving a professional makeover to the raw resumes that were meant for Taylor Hawkes’ pitches to recruitments pros. Our VAs polished job seekers’ resumes into presentable formats, so that they can impress the recruiters in one go.

Let me tell you how it all started. At first, Taylor Hawkes only required 4 VAs to work on extracting contact details from Apollo.IO and keeping the data organized in Excel. We nailed that initial demand.
But here's the interesting part: as the workload increased, we didn't just add more VAs, we made sure each VA became a specialist in their own right. Some handled data extraction, others rocked LinkedIn outreach, and a few polished resumes. This way, every task was performed with top-notch efficiency and expertise.

We got the new VAs up to speed on what our work was all about, the nitty-gritty of the Apollo.io tool, LinkedIn Outreach and why Excel and Spreadsheet data management was a big deal.
With more VAs on board, we introduced a peer review system. Before any data headed to Taylor Hawkes, another VA would give it a once-over, making sure everything was accurate and shipshape.

As Taylor Hawkes expanded into new markets like the US, we had to keep up. Our VAs adapted to the situation, working in different time zones. And that's when we knew it was time to grow our team even more.
Now, here's the cool part: we didn't just stop at that. To make sure we never missed a beat, we started regular health checkups for all our VAs. If someone was feeling under the weather, we had plans in place to keep the service going smoothly. It's all about keeping that great service rolling!
