American Health Care Academy (AHCA) is making this feasible by providing accessible online CPR and healthcare training.

Their courses are affordable, user-friendly, and recognized globally. With AHCA's adult CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens certificate courses, you can help create a safer community with confidence.

The academy has already certified over 1 million students to perform CPR and other techniques.

With the number of out of hospital cardiac arrests
reaching 356,000, AHCA needed to reach out to more
people for CPR trainings.

Overview of the journey

With its certification courses, A.H.C.A. wanted to target industry workers belonging to construction, hospitality, assisted living, dental services, etc.

We started search and performance campaigns targeting the industry audiences on August 2022. Initially, the client recorded monthly revenue of $329.45 by spending around $445 on industry campaigns. The return on ad spend was 74%, and the cost per conversion was a bit high at $74.32.

Our resource, Ravi Gautam, utilized tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, and Google Ads keyword planner to conduct an in-depth analysis of keywords and the industry audience size for search, display, and video ads. He then used Zapier to segment the audience and Google Ads to implement revamped strategies.

His efforts helped the client achieve revenue of $46640.65, while reducing the cost per conversion to $55.

Casting a wider net
to catch customers

The ad campaigns were not generating expected outcomes because the industry specific keywords had low search volume.

To address the issue Ravi launched the Performance Max campaign leveraging search, display, and video ads simultaneously.

The result was almost instantaneous. The campaign helped deliver good revenue for the business. AHCA was soon firing on all cylinders.

Reigniting old romance

To address the issue of low ROAS, Ravi decided to dig up old customers with expired certifications and retarget them.

He did this by using Zapier to dig up data from the website's backend and then tying that database with Google Analytics.

The result was insane. Conversions increased 151 times whereas cost/ conversion decreased almost 26%. The return on adspend was 93%.
