In December, the VirtualEmployee.com Managing Director, Shaunvir Mahil and our Head of Client Engagement, Mandeep Kaur, were invited to The Telegraph Media studios in the UK for sharing their expert opinion on the future of outsourcing and offshoring.

The Telegraph Media Group (TMG) is a multi-media news publisher of some of the most world-renowned newspapers: The Daily Telegraph, The Sunday Telegraph, The Telegraph website and The Telegraph weekly world edition. Founded in 1885, The Daily Telegraph is one of the oldest and most prestigious daily newspapers in the UK. Alongwith The Times and The Guardian, it forms Britain's 'big three' quality newspapers.

Many companies, and even people, often get outsourcing wrong for several reasons. The Telegraph's informative interview with VE was meant to clear up outsourcing myths and reveal the true nature and benefits of this business process.

Client visits to VE offices

A slew of client visits to the VE offices marked the last month of the year. Some had come to visit their existing employees in the PHP, Dot Net and Mobile Apps domains, while others had come to personally see our offices before hiring.

We had a client from Portugal who came to our office to hire employees in the Dot Net technology.

Another of our existing clients from Australia was on his second visit to our sprawling office complex at the SEZ (Special Economic Zone) premises to meet his existing employees - one, an iPhone developer and the second, a web developer.

We also had a client from the USA who personally came down to see our VE offices, keen to hire Dot Net programmers with us. Incidentally, our in-house Dot Net team is also among our biggest, with 100 developers and programmers working for clients all over the world.

Case Study

David Wynne, the Managing Attorney at the Wynne Law Firm, Texas, USA, talks to Ashu Mishra, our Vice-President, about his firm's experience with VirtualEmployee.com. "We hired a paralegal from VE. After researching and talking to you I realized that you were the perfect fit for my company. The employee was very hardworking, very dedicated, willing to learn more, very pleasant to work with, and spoke very good English," said David Wynn.
